About the Wepublic of Ideas

 

 

 

Wepublic of Idea is a social media dedicated to idea generation. Our belief is that while Google organizes the world's information and Facebook connects the worlds' people, what next. What are we going to with such a mighty creative and intellectual resources? Our mission is to harness the power of Internet to express and exchange in a hyper-efficient and across the world. Wepublic works in synergy with Facebook. While the former is a private social network for casual life, we are the 'Public Social Network' for every meaningful initiative (career, passion and social causes). 

 

 

EXHIBIT  --  We provide a decent venue for every idea person to present, publish and promte their ideas. Hence, interface design is clean and content is featued as hero. At start, we aim to recruit ideas in graphic design, writing, drawing, music, product design and public affairs. Yet idea has not bound and we will welcome any form of idea initiative.   

 

 

COLLABORATE  --  Collaboration is the essence of Wepublic. We operate as a social media, so as to connect a community of idea people for them to interact and co-develop. The platform is designed to encourage participants to comment and even re-create any works they encountered.  More interestingly, we hope the collaboration can be cross media and countries. "A song can be visualed in a design. A painting can be narrated as a poem. An illustrator can work together with a product designer. An societal issue can inspire a novel. Admen from Hong Kong and Copenhagen can co-develop a brand strategy." On the Internet, it can actually happen, with scale.  

 

 

TRANSCEND  --  Thru such collaboration, every idea is an inspiration to others, which every idea is an endless evolution thru a community effort. Individuals can leverage on each other to push their own ideas forward. More and Bigger ideas is possible. The world can think, create, act together.
